Shiko Dachi

Sumo or square stance. Also referred to as Sheiko Dachi. It is similar to Kiba Dachi but with the toes turned out, allowing for a lower position; it is the equivalent of Kiba Dachi in Goju Ryu and Shito Ryu styles.
